Powder Coating

Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time. In addition to being durable, powder coating is an attractive choice due to environmental advantages.

Vapour Blasting

Vapour blasting is referred as to liquid honing, or wet blasting, and is quite popular with car and motor bike restoration. The process uses water, micro beads, mild cleaning agents and air. These components are mixed into slurry and propelled at high speed towards the surface of the metal part, such as aluminium, brass as well as mild steel. It seals the surface, resulting in cosmetic enhancement and imparts a micro finish that helps it resist further staining and oxidation. Aluminium castings are well suited to this process.

Alloy Wheel Straightening

We now have the newest machine on the market for straightening alloy and mild steel wheels. This machine allows us to realign your bent or damaged wheel back to its original shape.

Magnesium Welding & Aluminium Welding

We now offer a magnesium welding service for the repair of gear boxes, cast parts and wheels. Magnesium wheels are most commonly found on rally cars or high performance cars. But recently these wheels and gear boxes are being used on modern day cars to reduce the overall weight of the car. This new process that we offer can reduce the cost to the customer, when repairing is more cost effective than replacing the product. With Aluminium and magnesium welding, we can repair dents, cracks and other imperfections on all aluminium and magnesium parts.

Aluminium Polishing

We also offer a polishing service on aluminium parts. We can polish aluminium up to a near chrome finish (depending on part being polished).

Diamond Wheel Cutting

Diamond wheel cutting is a process where the wheel is stripped and powder coated to your choice of colour it is then put into a CNC lathe where the face machined. After this is done the complete wheel is then clear coated to protect the finish. These wheels are becoming more common on the newer type cars.
